Limesurvey Cronjob Scripts

Limesurvey cronjob scripts provide additional features for running cronjobs. This way you can fully automate processes like email sending (invitation/reminder emails). Other repetitive Limesurvey actions can also be simplified by cronjobs.

Our Limesurvey cronjob scripts consist of two different parts. Firstly, a Limesurvey plugin for providing local survey settings. Example: Defining cronjob details like the maximum number of reminder emails. Secondly, a Limesurvey cronjob script which later gets executed by the server. Timing details for executing the script are set at server level. When the cronjob script gets executed, it takes into account the settings for each survey.

With this combination you can fully automate repetitive tasks. You can even define which surveys should be taken into account when running the cronjob.
